The gutters on your home could be contributing to water seepage in the basement. As your home's gutters collect rain, they eject it through the nearest downspout. If your downspouts are emptying into an area the runs up hill or tends to collect water, it might be time to redirect.

We attach a rigid drain pipe to the down spout and carry the water underground, a minimum of 10' away from the foundation. This solution reduces the water sitting against the foundation.
